I was never able to completely relax during the message as I was engaged in conversation. I felt more like I was at my hair salon. Pressure was never asked and extra services weren't offered by the front desk nor during the appointment. I'm still sore.

Therapist automatically recommended highest price service despite there being a need or desire for it.

Seemed to be some confusion with front desk staff and clients. Between the billing of the service and product and the upsell, I really wasn't sure what I purchased.

Very disappointed again that my therapist is leaving.

Overall, it was good. The receptionist was nice but sometimes a bit too much.

The receptionist told me I had packags from July and August that would cover all of my services. I was charged $64 without my knowledge. I found out when I looked at my online banking account the day after. Very unhappy I was given incorrect information, not communicated to about this error and that my card on file was used without telling me.

There was not as much communication after the massage as I would've liked. I would have liked to know what was discovered during the massage, such as problem areas.

I found the room to be cold and the leg bolt that was put under my legs was cold and leather, not covered in fabric for more comfort.

I won't return only because I am relocating to another state. I will return if I visit the Twin Cities again! Great staff, ambiance, and massage pressure during my visit.

Making appointments has become difficult. I have accumulated a lot of services and can’t seem to get an appointment in less than 4 weeks. This recent visit was a rescheduled appointment due to my massage therapist not being able to make my appointment (cancelled the morning of appointment) and then I couldn’t get in for nearly a month after.
