I continue to get canceled on for my appointments and I never receive anything in return. It is horrible service.

My therapist had car trouble, so my appointment was delayed. I completely understand, but the delay didn't make my highly satisfied. One would have to go above and beyond to earn a mark of "highly satisfied". I would say that my visit is right on par with my usual massage therapist, not above and beyond.

The music is monotonous. Front line staff changes every visit. Employee retention needs work.

It would be more inviting it the rooms had a nice sent in them.

Its never clear what the basic facial includes and anything that an esthetician recommends is always at an extra cost. It makes no sense to offer a basic facial if its as basic cleansing routine. My eyes kept watering on my drive back (had to pull over and wipe them). This is the first time this has happened to me after a facial. My forehead has some tiny bumps and irritation from the pore exfoliating that was done.

Moving and there are no locations close by so canceling membership. It has nothing to do with service or cost.

My therapist, Jackie, is awesome. She does a great job. I would like to do Deep Tissue but can no longer afford the extra money ($15)

I wanted to be able to use my packages towards products, like I used to be able to. I don't always have time to come in and get the service, so it was nice to be able to do it that way too

Very dissatisfied with the new freeze and 10 dollar charge

I enjoyed the massage yet would have liked more communication with the massage therapist at the beginning of the massage so I could communicate my individual concerns.
