The massage was firmer than expected. When I asked her to go lighter, she thanked me and lightened up for awhile and then pressed firmer again. My results were good though, and I felt better for the rest of the day. I appreciate the results.

Message was good. Got the monthly package. I am having surgery, that's why i not likely to come back in the next 90 days. I hope it is sooner.

Would have preferred more pressure. Would like less talk. Would like the room a bit cooler but it wasn't on the warm side. Would have preferred the room a little darker.

The room was cold and the therapist tho she could not control this her hands were freezing!

my account was somehow frozen/expired - the receptionists work to determine why/how and get my account set back up. Then at checkout, the two services I had under my 'expired' account didn't transfer over to my 'reopened' account. They worked diligently to ensure my issue was resolved and that I was able to still use my two services

The bathrooms were not stocked with TP. The floors/rugs/carpets appeared dirty with pieces of paper on them. If floors not cleaned, I wonder what else hasn't been cleaned.

When I first became a member I didn't have to pay a transfer fee. I was told when I scheduled this appoint I had to pay a $10 transfer fee. New corporate policy - I feel that should be for new sign ups. There is also confusion about how many packages I have left. I have had issues all along with the business side. Over charged me for extra buy on get one free, I did receive a credit the first time and then later in the year a gift card I had purchased along with a promo weren't actually activated. Thankfully I had my receipt so that was made right. Still waiting for a call to resolve how many packages I actually have left Should have two being told I have one.

I was shorted 10 mins of my massage because the receptionists didnt check me in on time. when i mentioned it at the end of massage, their only remedy was to put a note in my file to check me in on time next time. does that actually require a note or special treatment?

Receptionist that check me out was very pushy when it came to becoming a member then asked me why I didn’t want to. Made it very uncomfortable to explain my financial struggles.

My appointment started late at 915 when she actually got in the room to do the massage. And she ended at 10 so I didn't get my full time or any make up for being late
