The esthetician could use some ongoing training about the dermabrasion upgrade & could work on explaining what she was doing a bit better.

Sarah was good. I am seeing her again. When treating my skin would like info on what the treatment is doing, expect to feel tingling or the time a mask will be left on, let’s the customer know what to expect.

I continued to pay when covid started. Had a baby and couldn't come in. Even though I couldn't use the services I was still paying. I now have to pay $10 to put my account on freeze to use up the 18 services and have to pay $10 to gift. I don't like that I have to pay more on top of making sure I tip 20% for services. I don't want to short the people doing the services. But I have to pay an extra fee?

I was impressed with the professionalism of Eva, her knowledge and expertise. The front staff were great, but both other times I was there I was never asked to schedule another appointment.

I was just disappointed with the prenatal massage at hand and stone. I would consider freezing my account for awhile until I am able to get a regular massage again. The therapist did nothing wrong but the way prenatal massages are handled as of right now I wasn’t super satisfied. If hand and stone gets prenatal massage tables someday; I would give a prenatal massage another try.

The massage was very nice. I requested a deep massage however received a firm relaxing massage.

I requested to upgrade my massage with essential oils when I arrived however this was not communicated with my therapist and she didn’t end up using any. Also, the therapist would not stop talking about her personal and work life for me to relax and enjoy the massage.

I have been highly satisfied most every time I have come and really like the service that I have been receiving. The only problem was my massage therapist had morning sickness/nausea during my last appointment due to her pregnancy. She did ask to switch ahead of time to eucalyptus instead of peppermint for the free scalp massage part, that I was able to take advantage of in my 3rd month of membership. She mentioned a problem with the scent of peppermint with her pregnancy. Based on this, when she started to become sick during my session I understood as I also was very sensitive to smells when I was pregnant. She was extremely professional and apologetic considering and was able to finish despite needing to use the sink a few times. I was still satisfied with the massage and did not ask to stop as I really needed the massage after setting up my classroom this last week and didn't want to reschedule (I'm a 2nd grade teacher returning to in person for the first time this year).

Upon checkout we were told there was an additional $10/per person for the couples massage. We were not informed of this when I booked the appointment and we may have booked separately if we had known this.

I thought my esthetician was nice and she did a nice job for a basic facial. She is very new in her career so she has things to learn that can only come through experience. I don’t feel that she went above any expectations to set herself up as to me being a repeat customer.
