Have been a customer for years and my experience with various areas of service have declined over time and the charge to gift a package and no returned phone messages led me to close membership.

I was cold during my massage. I had a Himalayan salt upgrade and I am not sure what that was suppose to be, but the stones used were so hot, it felt like a biting, stinging sensation and made it a bit hard to relax.

Need a quiet transitional waiting area away from the front desk. I have mentioned to staff and through this survey that is it not appropriate or professional to call customers honey, dear, doll or sweetie unless you have the client's permission. this has not changed at all.

I would like more time spent on specific areas. Otherwise everything was great.

My appointment was from 4pm to 5:30pm. It was 4:10 when my therapist came to get me in the lobby, massage didn’t start until after 4:15, and the massage ended at 5:21. This was 15 minutes shorter than what it should have been. When I mentioned this to the manager at the end of my visit when I was paying, all that was said was “I’m sorry. I’ll talk to the therapist about that.”

I have been a member for several years but needed to cancel due to family illness (not Covid related) and financial need. I was told I could use my one package and one gift card for my service on the 19th, then I would have one more gift card for one more massage. When I checked out and wanted to schedule my final massage, I was told there were new owners and I could no longer use my package and needed to use both gift cards to pay for the 80 minute Himalayan massage I had just received. I had no further service left. In 80 minutes I was stripped of a much needed service. I cannot give your business a favorable review because of your confusing practices. My massage therapist was very good and I have enjoyed the massages I have received from her. The front desk staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. The new business practices are highly disappointing and have soured me on your practice.

My massage therapist was very sweet but when your appointment is only 50 minutes long and you get less than a 45 minute massage it’s disappointing.

I expressed at the beginning of my sessions the key areas I needed the most attention and the therapist spent more time elsewhere. My entire body did need work, so I get it.

I was getting a massage for myself and was placed in a giant double bed room. My therapist left the room lights on during the massage and didn’t dim them until I turned onto my back.
