I was satisfied with everything. I just didn’t think it was above and beyond. Didn’t wow me with the experience.

I have the monthly membership. My husband and I did the 90 minute couples massage. I used to be able to have us each use a credit (60 mins) then split one credit between the two of us (30mins each). However this last time the receptionist said we can’t do that and then charged us both two credits. Now that took away one extra credit for a 3 credit service. My credits have built up over this year, 9 total, due to an error by one of the staff members when I tried to cancel or place my membership on hold in December of 2019. This obviously didn’t happen so I had 9 credits. If I can’t continue to use 3 credits for a 90 minutes couple massage, like I have done in the past, then once my last few credits are used up, I will not be continuing my membership.

Therapist was new industry so while she was very pleasant and good she lacked experience

The therapist does a great job with firm pressure but would be nice if she could be gentle and firm at the same time. Not sure the best way to explain myself.

When I made the appointment, I knew I couldn't make an earlier time than the last appointment tomorrow time slot of the day. I got a call from the receptionist asking if I wanted to try and get in to an earlier time slot. No, I made the appointment based on the time I could get there, so didn't necessarily appreciate the call to try to alter the appointment time. The appointment felt rushed. My aches and pains weren't relieved. I've seen this therapist before, so was surprised I didn't have more relief. I was asked about gratuity before the appointment started. Since I had a massage from this therapist before, I did pay the gratuity ahead of time. Generally, I would receive the service first and tip accordingly. I wasn't asked about any aroma therapy add-ons.

Couldn’t book my next appointment as my massage therapist didn’t have a schedule in the system for November so I have to wait a few weeks and try again to book with her.

Jackie is amazing and well worth the price but they keep messing up the billing and credits for our package and the front desk people don’t seem to understand the membership setup in the system. Frustrating to explain EACH tome and still not correct

Therapist was impersonal and cold. For a first time visit she gave no information or suggestions. She didn't tell me about any problem areas noticed and no advice as to a followup

I love Cami - massage therapist. Zero complaints. I originally joined in a different state and loved that location. My experience with the front desk staff is that they do not have a good understanding of how systems work. I am also highly displeased with the difficulty I've had getting my account set up on line so I show as a member and I can make appointments on line. Bottom line - Cami = Awesome. Admin and systems add too much stress.
