Online booking was very simple, however I got a call right after that the times listed online were incorrect and I needed to reschedule.

Cami's pressure was way too much. However I blame that on me. I didn't say anything. I kept my mouth shut. Normally I like a deep tissue massage but Cami's very strong. It's my fault not hers. I didn't communicate.

It is very difficult to schedule and appointment with my preferred therapist. I often have to schedule very far out and hope I am able to keep the appointment based on my schedule. I feel I am paying a significant sum of money per month for my membership and not able to get in timely, or at a time that works well for me. I would like to pause my membership to try and catch up on using my sessions (i have approximately 7 right now) but know I can only do this due to a health issue. I am kind of at a loss at this point.

The massage was done but it seemed interrupted at times. Like she stopped mid massage- but she as also. Grabbing hot stones so maybe that is why?

The therapist was knowledgeable, but didn’t cover as many areas as I would have liked. The room was freezing and I’m not usually one to get cold. Loved the space and staff. Will be back soon.

I have been seeing my massage therapist now for over a year. The massages have been great, which is why I keep coming back. This last one though, for whatever reason, I was in more pain that night after the massage than prior to it. I am currently pregnant and am uncomfortable in general so was hoping to get some relief from the prenatal massage. The massage helped my upper back and shoulders but not my lower back where I needed the most relief. :-(

I wasn't able to book online -- not sure why. The therapist had great pressure, which I really appreciated. I would have appreciated a little less conversation, although I didn't say anything.

Including the use of essential oils of clients choice without been charged extra is very possible .

Enjoyed my visit a lot- Covid makes things a little hard these days

The only thing is the receptionist when I was checking out was not as friendly as the one when I checked in. I thought I had 4 remaining sessions and she her response was just a little rude. It was fine but just not as warm as she could have been.
