Nothing stood out as exceptional. Sometimes receptionist will introduce themselves by name. Or perhaps introduce me to the aesthetician.

High turnover of employees at location. Receptionist unable to help me cancel my membership.

My esthetican was very helpful and open to suggestions. She was inviting and she seems to love her job.

At the specific Maple Grove Hand & Stone I've had my appointment get cancelled on the same day multiple times - even before COVID

My biggest concern was that the masseuse was not wearing a mask at all- while I was. I know that the mask is uncomfortable and makes it hard to breathe- however in our current situation I feel it should be mandatory for people in close contact with others to be wearing one, employees and customers both. The reason I felt that I couldn’t relax is most likely because of the current condition my body is in- I’m an essential worker and I work full time doing a lot of heavy lifting and pushing and pulling. I think more sessions more frequently will help with this. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The appointment ran short it seemed. I had back to back 1 hour appointments and was out before 11am, I started at 9:15. The receptionist seemed new so the other one had to help her with things I new were wrong

I asked the therapist to focus on neck, shoulders, and back, and she kept asking if I wanted full body or upper body even though I stated twice my problem areas. She did focus on the neck but only focused on my upper back for the last 5 - 10 minutes when it was both my upper back and mid-lower back that I wanted to be massaged. My appt was also scheduled at 3:30 and didn't begin until 3:40 and ended at 4:20. I thought I had booked a 50-minute massage instead of a 40-minute massage. I also wasn't asked if the pressure was good or if I had any tender spots when I flinched. Overall tho I did think the pressure was good 80% of the time. There was also a heater blasting into my ear. The room was way too hot and on a 90-degree day I didn't need a heater. There was also no music playing and I would have liked music.

I’d like information/signage on the HVAC system. Aerosols (COVID transmitting) are my biggest concern. I love massage but live with an at-risk person.

I feel like when you oay for an hour massage, it should be an hour, not 45 minutes.

I have 13 packages available and no one called me to set up an appointment when they reopened. I was able to call and make a same day appointment and I inquired about how busy they have been and was informed they are not booked up at all. Just wondering why they aren’t calling members to get them scheduled if that is the case.
