My appointment started 5 minutes late so by the time we talked and I got ready for the massage it was 15 minutes into the appointment

Quality of staff and their level of expertise has been dwindling over time.

My previous therapist, Vanessa, gave me a better massage than Jackie. Jackie did a great back massage but her skill level and smoothness of massage were not as good as Vanessa's. I will be having a few more massages with Jackie and work with her and see how it goes. I do enjoy going to the spa and plan on continuing my membership. If Jackie doesn't fit for me I am willing to try another therapist.

My massage therapist was wonderful. I don’t like the music in room and would prefer if there were choices instead. Also would like better magazines in the waiting area. And the app does not work at all.

Jolynn was phenomenal. She was friendly and thorough, very willing to explain things to someone who isn't knowledgeable about facials and skin care. This location is close to home and convenient to park as well.

Only because prices went up, I thought $50/month was fair. $60 is getting steep and the BOGO gift card wasn't an option this year.
