Only because prices went up, I thought $50/month was fair. $60 is getting steep and the BOGO gift card wasn't an option this year.

I had a great experience, I was just surprised that none of the receptionists wore masks.

Peppermint oil too strong caused congestion. I am typically very sensitive to smell. Back soreness two days later - felt back pressure too hard compared to front.

I told the therapist to focus on upper neck and calves. Got some of both but she spent a lot of time on my head doing a scalp message which I didn't think was necessary.

I felt as though she was rushing a little . Didnt seem to work on my trouble spots as much as I would have liked .

Problem area was not worked on long enough and the pressure on my lower back was a little too hard after telling her it is tender. But overall I was happy with my service.

I had set up an appointment for last Tuesday. I arrived for my appointment and was told that my therapist wasn’t available and that I needed to make a new appointment. Also was told someone called me that am and that a message was left but I didn’t have a call made to me nor was there a voicemail. This has happened no less than 3 times since I joined. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I can’t make it to an appointment I have to pay anyway but if my appointment is canceled by your company I just need to reschedule and suck it up.

Initial pressure was very intense and not spread out over surface of my back - felt like she used her elbows. She just told me to breathe through it.

Felt that they are told to up charge me. My additional services were not worth the cost

Our massage did not begin until 10 minutes after the time we set up. Our Therapist was late for her shift as she walked in when we were waiting in the lobby. Our massage was not 1 full hour due to her being late. the room did not feel very relaxing or welcoming. Was chilly and had outside windows so the feel of the room wasn't cozy. There was not music played. During the massage just silence.
