The waiting room is small and drafty when the door opens. The front desk has new faces every time I come in. It would be nice to be able to book my appointment on line so I can see all the available times.

It’s frustrating when you get there early and get called in right at the appointment time or shortly after, the therapist gives you almost 5 minutes to undress (not necessary at all) and then stops the massage at 12 minutes to the hour. I understand that it’s not an actual “60 minute” massage but I think that when you pay the amount you charge, people should at least get a full 50 minute massage.

Ordered the Himalayan Salt massage online Asked after massage about it and here they didn’t do it just received standard massage they did change my charge Gift card received and I asked if I got it back at first they said no and I told them what package was bought and they had to recheck and then gave me back the card

I received a massage and facial. My facial was phenomenal and Kelly was fantastic. However, I received a massage first by Jamie who was not very warm or welcoming. She proceeded to burp throughout the duration of the massage that started at 5:08pm and ended at 5:53pm, so cut short. I needed to move rooms for my facial next and Jamie walked in on me changing back into my street clothes. The massage skills were sub par and I would not recommend. That being said, my facial with Kelly was so good that I signed up for a membership afterwards!

I have some calf issues and asked for some focus be spent on my calf. Little focus was on my calf. Though she did address some tightness in my shoulders/shoulder blades.

The staff seems to run through a revolving door. The therapist I enjoy leave. Also, over the past few months appointments have been rescheduled or cancelled which has been highly inconvenient.

Since receipts are not given upon checkout, I would like an online feature that I can see my account. Last year when I used gift cards for upgrades I would like to see what I was spending. The cost of upgrades feels like a secret.

There is not ever any appointment times available. Appointments got rebooked by staff more then two times

I was disappointed that my appointment started 10 mins late. I was hoping to have some kind of product used with a soft scent. I also thought I was getting a Swedish massage. That was probably my fault because I did not specify when I called to make my appointment. I like the elbow rolled all the way up my back over the fingers just trying to smash out my knots.

It is interesting to me that you are going for a massage...to relax....and the therapist is telling me her latest problem....it is not that I don't care...but,?????? Also, had some very tender areas and I express how it hurt...actually took my breathe away...but, she did not seem to care...and because of these areas...she spent too much time and could not spend time on other areas....I went for a whole body....
