Everything met my expectations. I would have loved if my massage therapist would have asked more about pressure as I could have done more in reflection. It’s always easier to say something when asked although he was wonderful at creating a relaxing mood. There were two moments really loud people walked through the hallway talking so loud I could hear what they were saying and at one point someone walked into the room which has never happened. It was not my therapist fault, rather the tranquility of the building being disturbed.

The person I was going to and really liked left three different times. I get used to a new person and they leave and I start over again

I stated I was highly satisfied.. the only thing I dislike is that I’m not able to book deep tissue massage online. The only option I’m given is Swedish massage.

The cost is getting a bit high for services. I am contemplating cancelling due to this fact. But, my therapist is so great and I need the pain relief, so I stay as it is hard to find quality therapists.

The service was Fantastic and my esthetician was amazing! In fact I even prebooked with her. The only reason I didn’t give her a highly satisfied rating was that she didn’t discuss product recommendation or discuss what to do following the peel I received. I would have bought product if I was told what to use.

The service is very expensive. I have received way more valuable treatments for less cost.

Because I had to change my appointment date, my regular person was not available. I accepted a new available person and didn't like her as well.

I was surprised I was not offered anything to drink, (water) when I arrived. My hair was matted during the head massage portion of my facial. When I brought it to the esthetician's awareness, she was surprised and apologized.
