I booked an hour massage last minute and it was 64$ which was fine; the massage was amazing, probably one of the best ones I’ve had I will recommend that therapist to everyone I know now. Before the massage started, when I walked into the room, she asked if I wanted “free cbd oil” with the massage so obviously I said yes. Then when I was paying afterwards the total came out to 94$ I pulled out my email and asked why it was so expensive, thinking maybe they rang someone else up under me, she said it’s because I upgraded to the 25$ cbd oil.... they were really busy and honestly I was So dumbfounded by this because the therapist said “free”. I said to the receptionist, “oh that’s strange she told me that was free” and after about 10 seconds of awkward silence the receptionist said “would you like to leave gratuity?” I was in shock because a simple last minute “treat yourself” massage turned into costing me over 100$ which was stressful. It wasn’t the therapists fault, I’m sure there was just miscommunication, but I think if you’re having employees offer “upgrades” they should start off with saying how much it costs.

I asked the receptionist and the person in the room behind the reception area three times the price of the BOGO gift cards and I was told they would cost me $64.46 each. So I did not purchase the three I was planning on. Later, only to find out my correct cost should have been under $54.00 each

My appointment was cancelled same day twice. I had a lovely facial when I got in. I usually do an upgrade in the facial, which I did. I would have appreciated slightly more customer service in maybe offering a free upgrade due to the cancellations.

Honestly, for the short amount of only 30-35 minutes of the actual facial, for what I received it was way too much money. And then to be told it is going to be more next time is not appealing to me. The upgrades end up being almost a requirement and this is looking like a hidden cost to customers and it’s a lot of money

I would like to be to told which each step of the facial actually is and why it is being applied to my face.

I would've like to know that the person before me was running late. My husband walked in and asked if I was still there and they just said yes. I took an extended massage. They could have told him that. I could've told my therapist to tell them also.

My membership was canceled for some reason back in July and still is still not resolved. I believe I should get some kind of a discount for my troubles

The receptionists were busy chatting amongst each other. They did not check me in. My esthetician did not know I was there. The massage oils should be fragrant.

Often times the therapists do not focus on the areas I ask for or use the correct pressure. Also, the face cradle/pillow is the worst quality and has the most uncomfortable linen I've ever seen.

First time message with this therapist and don't have enough appointments with this location to determine that I received the best.
