Massage therapist was rough. Foot treatment was painful.

Overall visit was satisfactory. Massage was fine. Seemed like muscles were worked well. Was surprised that massage therapist did not ask if pressure or heat of hot stones was correct. Other massage therapists at H&S did this effectively. Therapist did not seem to know I had ordered hot stone rather than regular massage. Also I did not like the aromatherapy which I did not request.

I do not feel H&S keeps customers informed of promotions, sales, changes, etc. Example: Sometimes I learn after the fact that a promotion was happening and it's usually in talking to the massage therapist rather than the front desk/company keeping me informed. I've had a couple billing goofs were I've been overcharged or double charged. A phone call sets it straight, fortunately. In general, I do not feel the front desk people are genuine in handling the clients.

it was very busy in the reception area. I believe this was because you were running a special that if you book your appointment after your massage you got to be entered into a drawing for a free massage. Dismayed for a lot of people on a lot of backup in checking in and trouble asking questions.

Massage therapist did a great job massaging but talks too much on controversial subjects.

In the past, my mom and I have had mix ups where we specifically asked and booked with a certain therapist, but when we came in for our appointment, the front desk had scheduled me with a different therapist. And the one that I had wanted and originally scheduled with, ended up being scheduled with a different client.

Awkwardness/argument between massage therapist and receptionist in waiting room. Problem should have been discussed and resolved in back away from clients.

I signed up for a specific massage and I don't appreciate coming in and trying to be consistently upsold for services. At the front desk, on the form I have to fill out, in the massage with with the massage therapist and then again at the desk at check out. Got it! It's not relaxing.

Was in the room until 2 minutes after appt started and it started almost 10 min late. Therefore I got a 40 min massage instead of a 50 min massage. I really like my therapist and she did a good job in the allotted time

My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 but my esthetician said it was 10:15.
