Availability for service and time not the best. Would like more time preferences for my membership

Please purchase a new head rest for Shavonna's table. The opening is simply too wide for my head and it was truly uncomfortable, making my neck extend awkwardly throughout the massage. I'm not sure if it's worn out or overly worn in. Just please invest in a new one or offer customers varying sizes of openings. Something needs to change. Other than that, awesome as usual. I will share that the massage price point seems high and it feels like the organization continues to get their fair share of that price point, more so than the massage therapist...the one that TRULY deserves the majority of that money for her talents and knowledge and skills demonstrated.

This office is now farther away from my new home but I cannot just start going to the closer one without a lot of hassle

It was a satisfactory experience but had some qualities I would have liked. The Plymouth location offers coconut water and mints which is nice and refreshing. Also, the schedule did not permit to make the next appointment with this therapist which worries me about turnover. I had already lost 2 previous therapists with my husband and myself.

My therapist was fantastic! I booked my next visit before leaving. I left feeling great. She knew all the areas that would need the most attention based on what I do for work. My therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. It was the most relaxing massage I’ve had at hand and stone.

Several times my therapist is running behind or needs to make adjustments to time. This has happened at least three times in the last several months. The front desk never took the opportunity to apologize or offer something to make up for it. Maybe a free add on....... The customer experience is not very good (From an operational standpoint. not the message therapist)

Massage therapist massaged areas that I specifically called out to not massage due to arthritis. She definitely apologized. Odd that she did not meet me at the door when I came out of the room and did not escort me to front desk, as others have done.

Although the front staff is pleasant & profession, it consistently takes a long time to check-in, pay or schedule appointments. There is almost always a line.

Appointment started 10 minutes late. Receptionist had mentioned that the previous client had shown up late, causing the delay. While waiting in the lobby, the 3 receptionists were exchanging stories about another employee they did not like. They attempted to whisper but it was still fairly audible which I found a bit unprofessional.
