I think she could've used a little more pressure during massage parts. Very light touch, which might be nice for some people, but would have been nice if she asked my thoughts on pressure. Otherwise I really liked her.

I have had several different people give me facials in the last year and every time I find someone I like, they leave or I am assigned a new person. I just wish there was more continuity and I could keep the same person for more than a couple of visits.

It was a very minor matter, but I would have desired to have my neck muscles worked on for more than just a few minutes as well as occasionally more pressure. I can work on my part of communicating these desires more. Vanessa is wonderful!

Came in to make an appointment and the receptionist didn’t write it in the books.I came to the appointment That I thought I had only to find out I didn’t have a scheduled appointment.

My appointments are never the full amount of time. I don't feel like I am able to customize my room experience. The messages are expensive for not getting the full time and I have never had a massage start on time. I also am never offered water before my appointment which I like before I go in.

My hour massage was done after 50 minutes. I didn't see her afterwards.

The bad thing was I got there 8mins before 9am was call back at 903 I was changed and under the sheet by 907 and she came in at 910 and started shortly after that and was done at 955 as she should have for me to change and her to fix the room for the next costumer,, so I didn't feel I even got close to an hour massage. the others I have allow five mins to change on both ends of the hour and your out so I felt I was cheated some of my time... but what ever I will come back maybe not have her but over all I love the SPA!!!! thanks Nancy B

One receptionist told me they could not do two hour massages then when I called back another told me they could.

Have had a number of problems with appointments and services. First therapist declined my hot stone add on which I’ve been unable to use as a complimentary service since (it’s forgotten until I bring it up, which is awkward). My second service was cancelled due to a call-in and my reschedule appointment was a good experience, but the pressure of the massage was not deep enough. Having an ok experience, but enough bumps in the road to reconsider the value for my time and money.
