I think the price is fair @ 49.95. Other hand and stones offer this price. When you do the upgrades they are $25 which is kind of alot considering the product prices when bought in bulk. I would do the upgrades Everytime and get more facials if they were 49.95 and upgrades were 15. More deals through emails would be great too!

The receptionist who was not helping with check in was sitting in the other chair. She did not welcome me as the other did. I asked my check in gal a question and the lady i was not talking to responded, but with a slight "know it all" attitude/ attitude in general.

Therapist Andrea didn't apply enough pressure. Felt like a waste of money compared to other therapist.

I am not happy about having to pay more for deep tissue massage. I also feel if there is a charge $10 is too much to charge, as $5 would be more reasonable.

This is the third appointment in a row that I have had an issue. First appointment was randomly cancelled and I was unaware. Second and third they overbooked rooms so I had to wait 25 min and 45 min for my scheduled appointment.

It was a very good massage, but I still felt pretty sore in the areas worked on, to no fault of the therapist.

My appointments have been cancelled 3times these last few months and I was called again to see if I could switch my day because the therapist wasn’t given a break in the schedule (in which I could not change it but then they said I still was able to come.). Then 30 minutes before the massage they called to say the therapist was running at least 15 behind schedule and ended up being more like 20-25 minutes behind. Everyone was very nice about it all but I will now always be nervous about whether I am going to be getting a call for cancellations of lateness.

I was told that the $10 discount for the second service of the month would only be honored if the monthly package was not available. This is inconsistent with what I’ve experienced in the past. I buy a lot of gift cards so my packages accumulate which means I don’t get a $10 discount for my second service of the month since I have packages available. This contradicts to my previous experience and seems to disincentivise people from buying gift cards. Hope this issue gets some attention from the management.

Online booking doesn't work ever. Concerns brushed aside. Came into make appointments one staff working, two others gossiping about a Male message therapist. Unprofessional. My appointments this Saturday were great.

While I have enjoyed being a member in the past, Hand and Stone continues to add additional charges which are unreasonable and expensive - such as additional fees for more pressure. This is tacky and makes me look elsewhere where you I don’t have to feel constantly ‘sold to’
