I booked a 1.5 hour massage starting at noon. The gal booked the appt for 11:30am, not Noon start. Therefore, I only received a one hour massage, not 1.5 hour and was considered late. The manager refunded me the 30 minute difference and apologized. I was satisfied with the resolution, but it left me in a grumpy mood the remainder of the day. Accuracy on behalf of the appt takers is critical! Also, with the recent turn-over at the front desk, I don't like working with anyone other than Jessica. The new hires are just inconsistent with their service. Ex: freezing a membership for 3 months...some say yes, others say no. Be consistent please! Also, WHY wouldn't you encourage the members to select a token. Why does it seem management DOESN"T want members participating in the rewards program on token pull promotions...just a sign up front off to the side advertising changes NOT in favor of the customer. Frustrating and yes, I'm shopping for an alternate place for massages in the future. Too much "corporate" at this place, charging for deep tissue massage -- it is distracting away from the good massage therapists. And fix Shavonna's table -- it's broken going on week 4!

Expect better results for the cost. I can get less expensive massage else where. I have specific areas of concern I want worked on when I get a massage.

Some confusion regarding the Mother’s Day special..it wasn’t clear that the special was a gift certificate. When I called and asked if I could purchase over the phone, I was told it wasn’t necessary and we would handle it at the time of the appointment. Obviously something was lost in the translation and my service had a fifty dollar bump.

I don't like it when they just want to make you buy products. I get a facial for the experience and to relax but not for them to use the opportunity to sell you products. The appointment is already expensive enough.

I was satisfied. It wasn't a bad experience. The room sometimes would be too warm.

I believe hair removal should be part of the basic facial and not an extra charge.

The front desk staff was very understaffed. It was very busy with people checking in and out and there was only one person working doing all of it. It was so busy, I wasn't able to book my next appointment after my massage.

The price increasing for existing members has made my monthly dues much higher than what originally purchased as. I love adding on to my services, please do not increase pricing otherwise I will have to stop adding services on.

Commonly getting 40-45 minutes actual massage time. It’s frustrating to know that if I can’t keep my appointment that I will be charged for the full amount. I am on call for work 24/7 365. It would be less stressful to book at a different facility

Massage was blah and very little pressure was applied. The therapist was friendly and asked about the pressure. I said more would be better but little improvement. I also had a facial and it was wonderful!
