There is always room for improvement. Front desk staff is usually friendly but sometimes not so much. Explanation of the options could be more detailed. Otherwise, I find Hand & Stone to be a good place to go to.

Receptionist was really slow. Esthetician was nice as was facial service. Took off too much brow though.

The sales pitch at the end of automatic buy in for the monthly program was not pleasant and the receptionist made it seem like I was an idiot for not signing up.

The only reason I was not entirely Highly Satisfied with the service was the cost of the overall procedure. I understand that the services provided are not free. I just wish there would be a way to purchase services at the member price without having to be a member.

The massage was relaxing, could of been a little more pressure. She didn’t ask me if it was too little. Not being able to use my gift card for tips is ridiculous

My appointment started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. Not sure what was going on, because all my previous appointments started and ended on time.

Massage Therapist talked quit a bit and kept telling md about the tension and he could fix it.

Spot started 10 minutes late, so only has a 50 min appointment, otherwise was good appointment

I don't like the way the new point system works. since I now have to pay extra for deep tissue, it helped me cover the cost with my points. Now with membership, tip and extra for deep tissue, it is on the edge of being to expensive for me.

My facial was great - not sure which service this survey is for so I would add that to this services. My message started 10 minutes late, not sure why, staff in the lobby pretty much ignored me after check in. One staff was working hard, the other was gossiping with her friend. No tea offered - had to ask another customer where the hot water is - should be in the lobby with the tea bags or have a sign. Since I had back to back appointments, my message therapist did keep me on time with my facial, however, I felt short changed with time with my message. My message was GREAT, she did a great job.
