I’ve been partially displeased with the increase of costs that are coming so suddenly. But understand the need to keep with business costs. I have appreciated H&S.

My only issue is they didn't fully honor a gift card I purchased for my husband. I bought him a 90 minute massage and he still had to pay close to $50. This caused him not to sign up as a member. Very frustrating.

Wasn’t asked if I wanted a bolster. Didn’t massage my legs at all. Was shorter than the 50 minutes allotted and didn’t start on time.

Therapist seemed to solely be passively rubbing in the oil rather than applying real pressure into muscles, especially the areas I requested she spend extra time on which felt particularly breezes over. The head massage was very nice however.

To be no fault of yours, you can hear banging through the walls. It's unfortunate that a weight lifting place is next door. Something you can't control, but makes it a bit harder for full relaxation.

The front desk was empty when I walked in. I stood there a moment before a woman in the backroom came to check me in. She seemed in a hurry and wasnt very friendly (dark hair).

Receptionist was very rude when scheduling my appointment. Their job is customer service so I would expect better when a place charges $100+ for a visit. The receptionist seemed annoyed by my questions and provided a lot of attitude in her responses to me. At the end of the day she scheduled my visit, but I expected better...
