It was a nice experience but it’s just too expensive. The only time I would do it, is if it were a gift - which this was.

It took longer than I expected to the get checked when I arrived than I thought it should. The massage therapist was ready and calling for me before I was completely checked in which cut into my 50 minute massage. We started about 10 minutes late but still finished at 10 minutes to the hour which gave me about 40 minutes total rather than the normal 50 minutes.

I was actually very happy with my experience- it's why I keep returning every month. The massages have always been great and made me more relaxed/helped physically.

My therapist breathed thru his mouth which made an awkward sound and I could smell his breath when he was near my face

My session started about 9 minutes past my scheduled time.

You asked about the facial but not the message. The message was very dissatisfied. No flow to movements , no condotant pressure, not good at all. Everything else was wonderful.

Appointments are often booked up in advance and I typically don’t know my schedule that far. It makes it hard to get in so I get several packages built up.

There seemed to be a lot of confusing up charges. Prices weren’t clear. Therapists were great

I was charged for missed appointment even though I had proof that I was in the hospital.

Highly satisfied means someone went above and beyond. I was satisfied with my massage. This is my third sentence.
