Hand and Stone

The esthetician was barely touching my skin. Not sure how you can clean and remove makeup when they are barely applying pressure. This was the case with my previous facial as well. My regular esthetician is very difficult to get an appt. which is why I’m not continuing my membership.

I prefer to book online and lately it rarely works.

None everything was great

I thought my eyebrow waxing looked uneven between my two eyebrows, the facial and Brazilian went really well though.

The esthetician for my facial seemed as tho she was in a hurry to complete. She only used quick strokes and scrubbed my face. She did not take time to use longer strokes and find pressure points in my face. She didn’t explain what she was doing during the process she just did it. Again it was like she was in a hurry instead of taking her time.

Could not find me in the computer - ended up having two accounts though this has not happened before (having wrong account show up). Receptionists (both) seem stressed.

I was satisfied with my experience. My Esthetician was very nice, soft spoken, and did a good job. There was nothing that blew me out of the water, but overall it was a great experience. I am glad she did not push any products on me, but instead offered me a free sample. That was nice and I would definitely recommend her. Her name was Bailee.

You have to pay extra for other perks even though you a member. Facial was not that great. Facial therapist did the minimum. I had better facial massage experience at other place. Massage therapist was great!

I have been trying different therapists with each visit. While the massage was pleasant and did wonders to relieve my tight spots this was not the best experience i have had. I will continue to try different therapists until I find one who is my favorite.

Room was cold and I felt like it was rushed. I know I was 5 minutes late and that was on me, but still I was out of the room before the 1 hour and that was with laying there for 3-4 minutes
