You could tell the estetician had a 'script' to follow and it seemed even she was uncomfortable following (I was uncomfortable listening) It was relaxing, but none of the products used were strong enough to actually treat anything.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Definitely relaxing. One of my main concerns was stress carried in my neck and shoulders as well as headaches, potentially from the tension. I cannot say for sure if this is directly related, but I had a higher frequency of headaches after the massage than before. The appointment started a little late, and I'm not 100% sure when it ended relative to when I started, so I don't know if I got the full time. I came in because I had a gift card for a massage. While it was a good experience, I don't know if I could personally justify the normal massage price, but obviously, everyone's financial situation and priorities vary.

Overall massage was really good but therapist isn’t professional regarding conversation, but I will continue to see him because he is skilled at the actual massage. He started late but he did give me my whole time.

It was an enjoyable experience, but it can always be better. Your massage experts are all good, but some are excellent. Of course it would be great to have excellent all the time. I am impressed that your team shares customer knowledge. They are truly trying to give a great customer experience.

Convenient location, good service!

Scheduled a couples massage and it was missed so we each had individual massage. Therapists still did a great job!!!

The biggest issue I have is the ability to online book appointments and view schedules. I always try to book online first but the majority of time I have to call.

Rachel is great. It is difficult to find times to see her that work with my schedule. Too bad she wasn’t in more.

The massage was great but I didn’t appreciate the attention given in the reception area. I called the day before to reschedule my appointment to an hour earlier. But when I got there they hadn’t changed it so I had to wait for more than 30 min.

The massage therapist focused too much on the area I specified and absolutely no time was left for my whole body.
