The eyebrows, lips, and face waxing should be included in the current price. I would like to see all estheticians massage the client when ever they are waiting for product to work. Touch is very powerful. My favorite aesthetician used to do head massage, arm and hand massage and foot massage as part of her facials.

I booked facial then massage. Facial ran 13 minutes late to start. Was in at 658 for a 645 appt. and finished by 742. Was not 50 min on the table. Massage started on time

I asked for a printout of my rewards dollars available because I am unable to see a history online. The printout totaled 974 points and my online account says 7177 points. I have had so many problems with discrepancies in record keeping, and now your online dashboard has been changed so I am not able to check or look anything up.

I tried a new therapist due to schedules and she seemed more inexperienced. She spent way too long on one area and then rushed through the rest.

Everyone was very nice for it being my first time; the welcoming nature when I first walked in just wasn't very upbeat.

The girl who waxed my lip and chin did a very nice job and I was very satisfied with the job she did.

Session felt a bit rushed. Waiting area is a bit loud and busy. Wanted scalp treatment add on to be longer.

The reception desk is a joke. There’s always new people and they never go the extra mile for anyone, especially members. I’ve grown to expect this behavior from Hand & Stone. I’m not sure how much longer I will keep my membership. The sucky part is that I like my esthi and massage therapist. Just wish H&S would get their corporate BS figured out.

While waiting the receptionist had deals for those finished with their service. She left and the remaining receptionist didn't offer this to me or ask me to schedule my next massage.

I don't like that it is now $10 more for a deep tissue massage. Also, my therapist talked a little more than I prefer during my massage.
