The only frustration I have is when I get there 10 minutes early and have to wait to be seen 2-5 minutes after my scheduled start time and then the actual massage doesn’t start until 11.10 and it still ends 10 minutes to the hour.

I bought a gift card for my husband and they said it had already been used and that it was expired. I paid for a full 90 minute massage and we ended up having to still pay for some of the massage because of the gift card situation. My husband went in there with every inye ton to sign up for a membership and due to the gift card situation he says he's not going back there again.

One lady at the front desk seemed bothered by my questions. She acted like she was too busy to be bothered. Then when I saw someone take a token out of a bowl, I asked her about it, and she said we’ve been doing this since last Oct. I told her, I’d been there three times and never heard about it. I thought she should have looked at my account to see the times I was there with no added services and have me pick 3 tokens I missed out on.

The massage therapist used too much pressure sometimes (though she eased off after I told her) and didn’t spend as much time in problem areas as I had hoped and wanted. The pain-relieving effects didn’t last as long as last time either.

For a one hour massage, the active time spent on the massage was only 35 minutes. While there needs to be time spent on consultation and changing clothes, this felt short changed for value.

The waiting room was extremely warm. The water feature had a buzz that was louder than the water sound. Other than that it was great.

The receptionist that checked me in was amazing! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and was very knowledgeable and made me feel super relaxed. Unfortunately the massage therapist was running about 20 minutes behind schedule and no one mentioned it to me. I had purchased an extra $15 scalp massage that turned into about a 45 second head scratch. That was disappointing. My massage was great though and she made sure the pressure was correct throughout the entire thing. I wouldn’t buy any extra add ons next time. Not worth the money! I wish I would have mentioned it afterwards, I think I would have asked for a $15 refund.

It feels as if I’m not getting a full hr long massage. They are advertised as hr long massages but on the information you receive it states it’s a 50 min massage. But then on top of that it doesn’t start from the time the massage therapist starts on you but by the time the apt was set. Ex: Was on time for 5pm appt. therapist brings you back and asks you to undress and by the time your on the table and they come back ready to massage you it’s already 5:10. I choose an add on service and it doesn’t extend the time of the massage which I was surprised by. So massage ends exactly at 5:50

The person I made appt with was not my therapist when I arrived so I was surprised and disappointed. I had Jason instead and he was nice and listened but the room we were in was really hot and bright, not very relaxing. He did a good job on listening and working on areas I requested and checking on pressure.
