My facial was 38 minutes instead of the 50 minutes given for the 1-hour time slot. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. Didn’t smile or anything. Wasn’t offered water before my services.

The music is horrible and the back rooms need to be dusted. Plus the pictures are not hung right.

The last few times I visited the room floor didn’t seem clean and the place was dusty. Also my therapist always seems to start. Few minutes late and ends right on time, so I feel I get cut about 5 minutes . I went for a facial two months ago and wasn’t impressed by the knowledge of the person performing it. I had a coupon to upgrade and the person wasn’t trained on the upgrade . It was a brightening one I believe .

This was my first experience with paying for a masseuse. Jesse, my masseuse, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I was given a gift card for the massage, so I don’t have a comparison point for quality or what a massage should cost.

The counter top area has way too many things. Had a 15 minute gap that turned to almost 30, never doing that again. It's wasted time and everyone walks and stares at me waiting

The greeting at the door sounds abrupt and forced friendly. I would like to start the massage at the top of the hour if I'm scheduled for 5:00 I'dt like to be in at 5. the massage room is not as warm as it can be. It's very office like. And I am put off by the no-touch the zone posters. this was the first time I've worked with this massage therapist. I believe it might take a couple more sessions for us to get to know each other. She visited a lot during the session I would appreciate it a little bit more quiet. But I felt like she was trying to get to know me, which is not wrong. As far as the products use, I was happy with the massage lotion. I do feel like the therapist should be able to use aromatherapy or essential oils without additional cost. Or other products for skin care.

It would be good to know the types of massage the different practitioners offer more readily and for them to explain how they'll treat youm. Exp my person used mainly pressure point style

I booked a massage and a facial appointment. After the massage, I was given a robe and moved to a different room. The facial person came in and got me and I was moved to a third room.

My only complaint is reception. It often feels rushed and sometimes as if they are annoyed. They don’t remind of the member service rewards. Don’t get a warm, friendly vibe.
