Not enough pressure on my sore areas - having a head ache since I left and all day today- debating on keeping my membership

Receptionists are not very friendly. What is recommended for tipping makes the busy very expensive.

The waiting area gets crowded when appointments are running behind.

I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time. I was shown into the room 3 minutes late. My facial lasted approximately 46 minutes not 60 munites as advertised. Promotion is not true. Too bad.

The quality of the massage was okay. Occasionally ge hit the right spots but he also missed a lot. I have tension headaches and a lot of knots. These things were addressed but not to the quality I'd like.

I love the salon and the staff. My only criticism is that multiple times when I have come in the massage therapist or facial person talk the entire time. It is hard to be rude and ask them to not talk as much, but I come in to relax and would prefer to not chit-chat through my experience/be asked personal questions throughout.

I have some bumps on my face. I’d like them removed/gone. Looking for the answer. I left with a sample but no solution. I have discolored skin as well with no solution.

Great knowledge, recommendations, and staff. Prior membership at massage envy, wasn’t happy. This was my first time at hand and stone, loved it and the experience. Signed up on the spot to be a member.

I am not happy with facial appointment. I called a week ahead of time and I told the receptionist over the phone that I want 2:00pm and I’m having massage and facial. I got the massage at 2:00pm and they put down at 4:15pm the same day.so I had to come home and came back twice. Not happy about it co I thought when I said that I’m having a massage and facial. The receptionist will put me down 2:00pm massage and followed my facial since I’m already there. Thanks!

Music in massage room was not loud enough. Disappointed in the lavender aromatherapy, I expected more scent.
