I like my therapist but the hours he holds are hard to get into. The staff is wonderful. Music is horrible, no one want to hear repetitive chimes and running water makes you have to pee. I think for a business music should be researched.

Scheduling time confusion was a problem - (50 or 80 min) Not totally on board with tipping as much as recommended when it is as much as you are probably paying her. I don't tip my plumber?

Elle-the receptionist was rude to me when I showed up 15 minutes late for my appt. She told me that I'll only get 20 minutes of massage time. She was super bossy to me yesterday. She was short with me. She cut me off. She wouldn't let me talk. She raised her voice at me. She acted like she owns the place. If you kept someone like her, you will LOOSE more business. You seriously need to re-train that girl. Seriously. P.S. Elle also belittled me and talked down to me like I am a beggar that can't and shouldn't be a chooser. JoJo, the other receptionist, on the other hand, was absolutely wonderful. JoJo was flexible and an absolute delight.

The product that was used had a smell I didn’t like and my face was very oily when I left rather than soft and moisturized

I just didn't look a lot better but I didn't think they did anything wrong so I'm sort of neutral about it but would still do it again.

Ask questions about billing and there is no one to answer. Nor does anyone get back to me. Plus appointments are difficult to schedule.

Niko is an exceptional masseuse. His techniques are extremely effective.

They had a ladies night scheduled I rearranged my schedule so I could be there then they cancelled it and rescheduled for the following weekend which I couldn't make so I did not qualify to win the basket now they have another one scheduled and I have no interest to attend any of their functions like that again I think they're scheduling too many and that last one canceling when it was scheduled I think was for the Vikings football game was a bad call and left a real sour taste in my mouth
