I was unclear about the additional add-ons that I purchased. I wasn’t aware that it would cut into my overall time. I was also unsure if I received my hot towel foot massage. There wasn’t a towel used during the massage and I wasn’t sure if the original foot massage that I received was part of my one hour massage or it was the additional add on that I payed for. As the hot towel was not used I can only assume it was part of my one hour massage and not the addition that I payed extra for. This is not a huge deal, however. I was satisfied with my experience and I will return in the future.

I'm very sore today after my massage yesterday. I mentioned more than once that I did not want to be very sore. I would rather have multiple massages to work out the knots and kinks rather than try to get them all worked out in one appointment. But she did do a nice job, just too much / too deep for one time.

During this session, the appointment started at 10:07 and ended at 10:52 - not a 50 minute massage. The therapists hands and lotion were cold. The music would cut in and out (not relaxing) and there was an unknown buzz every so often. The room was a little colder than I would like. Overall it was fine, but there are definitely things that can/should be fixed.

Did not start on time. Also I was kept waiting awhile to check in. Both receptionists were on the phone.

I reserve highly satisfied for a superior experience. I regularly get e 10/10 massage from my regular massage therapist. I was not offered any information about my face even though I enjoyed the facial.

I had a facial not a massage so I was unable to answer massage questions. Find it hard to get in for an appt if it’s not booked weeks out

Not a very good facial. Haven’t found an estatician that I really like.

I wouldn't say there was a problem, more just an odd experience. I was put in an empty room after my massage because the esthetician was busy in her room still. Then she was unable to find me. There was some confusion as to why I wasn't sitting in the hall. She told me I would still get my hour facial, which I would expect since I wasn't late. I have had many facials before. I've never been asked if I had make-up on or if I wanted extractions. I asked if there was anything to extract, since there always is on my face and she said my face looked good.

I feel like therapists stall a little to start by starting at 8 minutes past the hour and ending 7 minutes prior to the next hour. I felt just a little cheated, but I am still coming back for now. :)

Therapists don’t stay. Each time i try to make another appointment the therapist has left. It would be nice to have continuity.
