Hand and Stone

I come in to relax, enjoy a quiet peaceful setting, settling-calming music/sounds. I don’t appreciate a steady chatter in my ear and definitely don’t want to listen to a sales pitch.

The only concern is that I feel my massage time is always short 2-3 minutes. I thought I was told I would have a 50 minute massage. My massages are usually only about 47 minutes. I know it is only 3 minutes, but I would like my full massage time.

I was asked to up grade with the salt stones and had to wait for them because they were being used by another guest. Also seems to be a lot of turnover of therapists. I also need to not spend so much..financial

Could easily hear people with hacking coughs during my massage. Would have been great to have some music or something going in the room, which I usually have but was not on during this visit. Also, wasn't offered any upgrades like I have been in the past.

I hope to be more flexible to reschedule my appointment as I am very busy sometimes.

Too many changes in therapists since my membership. Last therapist was fast too rough. Normally I do deep tissue. This was beyond.

I have loved all my experiences at Hand & Stone. Everyone is attentive and friendly. I have been impressed with every service I have received.

Just a reminder. After the initial talking, I like quiet to enjoy my service. My Daughter came in and experienced talking the whole time at her service as well. I talk all day at work and love silence during my service. Thank you!

The Massage time should run a full hour. It would have been helpful if rewards were automatically applied to my account without having to print them.

I booked a deep tissue massage. While my massage was very nice, my therapist did focus on the areas I asked for and it felt nice, I wanted a deep tissue.
