The massage therapist was very friendly but she didn't seem to have a set pattern for the massage to make sure each side would get an equal massage. Some empty moments

While booking and asking a question the receptionist put me on hold to ask a question and then just transferred me without giving and heads up to me or the manager.

The first time we went to this location, the esthetician left my 14 year-old with chemical burns over most of her face... It was so very awful and we were afraid the scarring would be permanent. We tried once more and have been going every 2 weeks for months to someone new (more experienced). I would encourage your management staff to really screen new staff and emphasize not experimenting on young clients new to facials.

The reception area smelled of smoke. It ruined the relaxing feeling I was looking for. Also, as awesome as my therapist was he talked the entire time asking me questions as well. Not relaxing but the massage was great.

It you list an hour facial and hour massage then they should be an hour. My normal salon doesn't count dress and undress time as part of my hour so I always get a true hour massage.

consultation time is taken out of the massage time. unable to get knots taken out abrupt ending of the massage

Apt. was late in beginning and I only got 45 minutes of massage. This had never been the case when I was scheduled with Diana.

I have had one good message and she no longer works there. The other 2 I have tried are not skilled enough doing deep tissue.

My appointment was for 11:00, I did not get in the massage room until 11:09 & i don't think Carolyn started until 11:15 & finished at 11:56. I checked in to Hand & Stone at 10:50.
