Hand and Stone

The first experience in the main entry was confusing, meaning I was not sure what I was supposed to do. Have never been to hand and stone before and did not have any idea of where to go or what to do. No direction was given to me at all. Had no idea of what to do until I had my therapist call my name. My wife bought this for me and I was not sure of what I was being asked to sign up for as far as extras. This should have been done before I met my therapist and not by my therapist.

High turnover of massage therapists and quality of therapists. Have had 3 different therapists there in the past 4 months. Quality inconsistent.

I was going to cancel my membership my first experience was awesome 2 therapist I saw after that sucked few frankly this last therapist I saw did an awesome job but a tad bit too chatty

The bed was too hot. I should have said something, but I wasn't asked either. It seemed shorter this time because we started a little late and ended exactly on time.

I had an hour massage but only received a 45 minute massage When I checked out the receptionist waited on someone that came to the counter after me before me.

1. Didn't like lotion that was used for massage. 2. Appointment didn't start on time. 3. I've had better therapists. 4. Was called 25 minutes before my appointment with an offer for a discounted facial. Thought this was unprofessional. I would have liked to get one but I had another commitment after my massage. To offer this at the last second was irritating. Would have been nice to have it offered when I scheduled my appointment.

the only thing that I wish would be better is the fact that the therapist smelled like smoke. I understand that is a part of her life but when her breath is near your face you can smell it for sure. However, this is not a reason I would stay away from her because she is great at her work. One other therapist I had was way to chatty and would not take a hint that I did not want to talk about my work.
