My experience was quite satisfactory. I have no complaints.

All in all, my membership has been a great value, however, I have been scheduled with other estiticians without prior knowledge, so I feel like I didn't get the value until I specifically said to not reschedule with someone else. I always specified who I wanted to schedule with, so I was ready to cancel about 3 months ago until I spoke with the receptionist about it. Creating the relationship with one person offers me a better value and experience. They all are very different as well, so that was disappointing. Now I am with someone that I really like, so hopefully the problem has been resolved, it seems like it has!

We started 15 minutes late. She also worked on areas that I requested her not to and didn't spend ample time where I needed it. I did not feel comfortable addressing this with her.

I was very satisfied.

The appointment took 50 min instead of 60. The esthetician said extractions were not necessary and I always get them. Good service but not better than others

I love to see Katelyn in and Diana. Unfortunately, their schedules are very limiting for anyone who has a 9-5 job. I'm not upset as I know if I were in desperate need that H&S would accommodate with another professional , however, I love Diana and Katelyn too much to switch. It would be too hard of a breakup for me and I am just not ready for that heartache.

When I walked in there was no receptionist at the front desk, I waited a couple minutes but then she checked me in quickly. I was already running a few minutes late because I went to the wrong area (confusion as there are two "main streets in Maple Grove) So my massage was a little shorter but it was understandable due to scheduling. The massage was good. The massage therapist was at first a little unfriendly but it got better. I had both a massage and facial. I thought that they both gave me more than enough time to change and get on the table, I'd prefer less time to change & a couple more minutes of treatment.

This appointment was booked about a month ago, and the next appointment is over away. Due to issues with previous massage therapist not listening to my needs, and shorting me of time on more than 1 session- I've been given a 30 minutes which I appreciate but may not get to use it.

Massage was less than an hour, asked for scalp massage and she more or less rubbed my hair and combed it with her fingers.

I arrived early for my appointment. When appt time passed, I asked receptionist if my therapist was not in yet. She said she was & just sat there. Few more minutes passed and she got up and went to find therapist. My appt was for 9 am and I got into the room at 9:09 am. Therapist gave me my full 50 minutes for which I was pleased, but I felt stressed as it put her behind for rest of day even though it was not my fault. Feel that receptionist should have checked on therapist when I alerted her to fact that it was 5 min past my appt time.
