The steamer was broken in the room I was in and the other therapists were very loud in the hallway.

My last five visits have had some sort of issue. These have all been with different massuers or esthaticians. Quality vs. turn over is key and this location does not have it. I also don't like how pushy the receptionists are with the services. Since I can't be guaranteed a high level of service each time I come in, I know a place where I can go where I see the same massage therapist and she delivers the same level of high quality EVERY time I go.

I purchased the scalp massage for an extra $15 and I did not feel she spent enough time doing the scalp massage for the added cost. Only about 5 min, not worth the price.

No one answered phone so I left a message. No one returned my call. I had to call again for appointment. Therapist was very nice and had relaxing massage but could of used more attention and pressure.

I simply prefer a personal massage therapist that allows for more time 1 on 1 instead of rushing appointments back to back.

Came to relax and use last massage. He talked alot and i responded. Just sucked not being able to enjoy it and just talked instead. Methods are pretty cool, but i bruised.

I have been here thee times and only one massage I actually thought was worth the money. I am willing to give it another try, but I have yet to find a massage therapist that is worth the money. Except one, who quit.

Everything was just as I would expect it to be!

To me some questions are just a Yes or No. Can't be highly satisfied. Like appointment time. Either they were on time or they weren't. Can't really be highly satisfied if they were on time.
