professional relaxing environment is very important to me.

Wait in reception seemed long. A person that arrived after me was seen in before me. But, i really enjoyed my therapist and knowing that now, she was worth the wait.

I used a Groupon so the price was right. However, full price, I would probably not do it every month.

I wish I had Julia to focus for a longer duration on my back. That was my fault. I didn't realize it at the time. I was also disappointed that the appointed that the appointment wasn't a full 60 minutes. Instead, it was 53 minutes I'm assuming so that the staff has enough time to turn over the room for the next appointment. I didn't even realize that the lotion that was being used was lavender. It wasn't strong at all during the massage. It was only after I reopened the container and smelled it that I could smell the lavender.

The time for the appt was a wait of approx 35 minutes However, the receptionist was kind, thoughtful and very conscience of the time I was delayed. I had no schedule for the evening, so it was just fine. And the therapist was amazing!! Only mark this as as area as I know the level of patience by customers is not always as accommodating.

Service was adequate but not remarkable. Reception area was overly-crowded for checking patrons in and out.

I was disappointed because the bed was not heated .A brush or a comb was not available for me to use. That would be a nice touch.

The person they had originally scheduled me with did not show up to work so they had to work me and my sister in for our massage later. They did call and give me about 45 min before my appointment so I was aware of the change. My massage was great!
