At first, I tried to book my appointment online, but never received a confirmation email. I called the next day to schedule an appointment over the phone. The receptionist apologized and promptly got me scheduled within the time that I was looking for.

I just wished the scalp massage was longer...

I would like to be asked whether or not I would like music..I would have. Same for essential oils.

first time not sure what to expect but was very happy with my massage

I booked an hour appt but I think it may have been 40 mins actual massage

New to the program and still finding what I need -- everything was very lovely, but wanting to have more appointments with other massuses (sure that's spelled wrong) before determining who is the best fit for me.

appointment started 15 min late and ended 8 min early. Too much pressure at times. Otherwise ok

I am very happy with my massage. This is an ongoing process for fix known issues which I feel I will achieve a highly satisfied result in a few more sessions.

Upon arrival, I was told that my appointment would begin a half hour late. I had to pick up kids from daycare so could not be later than planned.

I was happy with the pressure but would have liked a little more.
