The appt wasn't even 40 minutes long overall. I felt that not nearly enough time was spent on my stated problem areas. The receptionists seem to always have overlap problems checking people in and out. I heard my therapist gossiping about my service with a coworker as I was dressing following my appt.

Therapist came to get me 5 min late which means my massage started 10 min late. She ended 7 min early. I expect to get an hour massage not 45 min.

I completed the sheet ahead of time to focus on my back and to not touch my feet. I feel the massage was too long on other parts and could have been longer on my back. And he did massage my feet which I didn't want.

I was never asked by the therapist how the pressure was, for the most part I was satisfied. I don't think she asked me enough questions on why I was getting the massage. I felt like it wasn't important.

The place is nothing special, didn't make me feel like SUPER cozy or anything like that - Staff was gossiping about other staff members the whole time while i was sitting right there waiting for my appt - NOT VERY professional in my opinion - other than that my facial was awesome.

Turnover rate is high and that makes it hard to develop steady repeat visits to same therapist or esthetician Don't feel being a member has any more benefits to make it worthwhile. Can get groupon for same service, come out less than member rate and just as easy to book. I don't care for how they have answered the calls in the recent past. Not sure if the same person still answers by saying " thank you for calling hand and stone, and who am I speaking with". She sounds invasive. I set my cell phone on private, so I show up on caller ID as unknown or private. I will give my name when ready, not demanded in a so called greeting.

I still do not fully understand what the membership means and why sometimes I pay a lot more for services.

I have no complaints about anything I have been asked about on the survey. To mark something as "highly satisfied" is an achievement that is nearly impossible in my opinion. My only complaint during me visit was the massage I received. The massage therapist was extremely businesslike and seemed more fit to be a banker than a massage therapist. She was not rude, but I would not describe her as warm or friendly either.

This therapist did not seem as experienced or in tune as Diana my last therapist. When I said I had sciatica o my right side This therapist did not accomadte that specific need Unfortunately Diana's schedule doesn't fit mine well.
