I had a headache coming into this massage and asked that my neck and shoulders be worked on which was done but I felt like the specific spots where I told him were causing issues where not worked on hard enough. I ended up going home and having my husband work on them.

The only reason I probably wouldn't recommend it is that the minute I got in the door I was presented with a long list of "enhancements" in order to Make more money for the business. It wasn't a good way to be greeted. My actual services were great. I went there to relax, but at 3 different times during my visit I was asked to consider buying some additional product or service. This has the opposite effect on relaxation, and I just don't like that sort of sales-oriented environment. This is the reason I will most likely not return. It doesn't bother everyone, but it bothers me.

I'm really there just for my phenomenal massage therapist -- Shavonne (Mighty Mouse) -- who I discovered there by chance. If she were to leave, I would terminate my membership and try to find her.

BECAUSE MY THERAPIST TALKS A LOT DURING THE MASSAGE, NO TIME FOR RELAXING.

Lighting was too bright and the Therapist talked and talked and talked and told us too much about her personal life. Don't really want to hear about your drug using children during my massage.

The massage therapist is very talkative and sometimes gets distracted from the massage while she is talking. It takes away from the relaxation

I requested a hand treatment, assuming that included a massage. There was a massage if that is what you want to call it. It was more of a hand rubbing instead of a massage into my hand muscles.

The visit was just as I expected. The therapist worked on the areas needed and recommended to come back in a couple weeks.
