I enjoyed my experience, however overall its pretty expensive. I would like to do the facial treatment every month but its a bit of a splurge. Lower prices would be great especially since your expected to tip.

Massage therapist was very friendly and worked on a few good spots out but talked too much during the massage. I wanted to relax but asked a lot about the level of pressure in wash spot

I have continued to get my facials because of the relaxation. Originally Shelley was the esthetician and was awesome. She did pressure points and seemed to take the entire time to do everything. Now it seems every session gets a little shorter and changes what I receive. I really like the current esthetician, but wish she would incorporate more pressure points and actual massaging. I know each has their own technique, but for the value, I wish it was part of the "norm" and I shouldn't have to ask. I haven't asked as this was only the 2nd time seeing her. I will decide in the next month or two if I find the value in continuing.

Called for 3 months to book appointments. Was on wait list and neve called. Checked in for facial and was told massage would start soon. Offered extras for massages not facials. Receptionist greatest us with the phone script.

I like the setting but felt a little rushed. I will definitely be back and treat myself to a hopefully full hour experience. Maybe because it was a promo or first time visit I didn't receive the bells and whistles.

The therapist that I usually see I haven't been able to see her in 2 months. The therapist I had last night was not that great. The lights were too bright and and the music was to loud. It just wasn't the same massage without my original therapist.

The online scheduling does not work. I have been commenting on this since I started my membership almost a year ago. I would love to be able to schedule online anytime instead of having to remember to call during business hours.

No problem this last visit other then not enough available appts. for the times I requested. In past trying to learn about LED Skin phototherapy they were not knowledgeable about the therapy or costs..

Compared to massage envy, it wasn't as relaxing. My therapist was good but there was a lot of talking. She also went by areas I didn't know would be massaged.

Receptionist did not originally agree with confirmed upgrade. New facial technician and I wasn't advised my regular technician was no longer there. Facial was shorter in time because technician was running behind.
