Moving to WA without locations so canceling membership

I was very sad when I booked a hour massage, and I only got 40 minutes of that time! I was not brought to the room until 5:15, which my appointment was suppose to start at 5, and the the massage therapist ended the massage at 6 exactly!

My aesthetician was incredibly kind and paid close attention to my face and trouble areas. I feel that she truly paid attention to ME and didn't just give me the overall generic facial.

Everything was fine. My skin was not changed any from when I walked in to when I left. It was nice to relax! I did have my brows done and I am very disappointed in them. When I normally have them done they are shaped with tweezers and cut. All that was done was one strip of wax and upon closer inspection when I came home there are plenty stray brows that could have been removed if more attention was paid to them. I asked for them to be arched but I think that she did not understand to keep the arch at the top, so it was removed and I think she tried to achieve that from below which only made them to thick on the inside and oddly think at the outer part of the brow.

I really wanted to come for the massage and have quiet during the session. I did not want to say anything because believe me I can talk, too but this day I was tired and in pain and just wanted to relax. Any suggestion would be that the therapist needs to let the client take the lead in conversation. Especially the first time.

Some road noise. A little bit like an assembly line, not so much the staff, but walking down the long hallway with lots of rooms. My theraphist Ann was awesome.

I asked my massage therapist to focus on my back and let her know that I just wanted to relax. She only spent about 20 minutes on my back, then focused on every other area. Also seemed a little put off/confused that I only wanted my back massaged. Lastly, my massage ended 7 minutes early. Overall it was a good experience and I really enjoyed my massage therapist. I plan on coming back in and would be open to having the same massage therapist!
