The therapist did not ask me if I wanted the lighting adjusted or if I was too hot or too cold. I initially chose to join because of the tailoring to what the client wants. Also the therapist was unable to massage out my knots. And the hot towel was too hot.

I went in for a massage on 1-21 and got there checked in right away but then sat and waited 20 minutes b4 I even got called back. Then I told John upper body it's sore lots of knots. So basically I was laying on back for 10 minutes or so not much actual massaging more just doing pressure points.was on face down so long had marks on face hardly no lotion used.

I had a facial and a massage because I didn't use my service last month. Both because I don't have a massage therapist I like anymore and because I was sick. I had my facial at 5:45 and was done well before my massage at 7:00. It was about 15-20 minutes before 7:00. I waited in a room for a half hour before the massage therapist came in and he was 10 minutes late. Then he put me in a different room so I had to get redressed and undressed again in the other room (another 5-10 minutes) and no appologies! Then he spent about 5 minutes on my massage with his hands around my neck which was kink of wierd as I've never had that done before. It was almost like he was cupping my neck like someone who is going to choke you. I'm planning on cancelling my membership.

My facial only lasted about 45 minutes. My appointment started about 6:45 and I was done and out paying for my service by 7:35. Somewhat disappointed in I feel my appointment was cut short. I understand time for changing but 15 minutes for changing at the end seems too long to me.

I had purchased the Clarity RX call me in the morning cream a few months ago. After using it, I am breaking out. I told my esthetician and she suggested giving it some more time for skin to get used to it. It's been a few more months and it still doesn't seem like its agreeing with my skin. I asked the front desk if I can return it or exchange it. She said she didn't know but would get back to me after my service. When I came back out, my esthetician recommended a new product but the front desk said she still didn't know what the return policy was and I would have to call and talk to a manager. I haven't had a chance to do that and was hoping I could of just taken care of it while there, so I could get the new product purchased right then too. I hesitated to purchase it because I didn't want to be out more money. I hope the return policy would be clear to all employees so the customer doesn't have to get the run-around and do all the legwork for a simple return.

The massage lotion should be warm. When your trying to relax on a nice warm bed and they us the massage lotion that is cold it makes it hard to relax same with the peppermint lotion as well.

I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and could tell my massage therapist was a smoker as I could smell it on her. It wasn't apauling, just noticeable.
