Getting taken back on time. Was 15min behind and ended early due to being taken back late

you all advertise a 69 minute massage session, however the sessions are not a full 60 minutes.

the therapist is great and I have been back to her several times ,Yesterday she came in at 9;10 and left the room at 9:53 .. I just want to make sure I get the full 50 min.

My only complaint was that it was very difficult to schedule a couples massage. The times were very limited. Otherwise, we were very happy.

I didn't have any issues. Nice facial. Great customer service from the young man at checkin and check out.

Geena was fantastic! Staff was VERY confused and disorganized at check out. They weren't aware of current promotions, had to void and re-ring, etc and it took a really long time. There were issues for both myself and the friend I was with during checkout. I would choose a different salon going forward because I really can't stand the "sign up for a membership" hard sell. It's not something I want to do, so it would just be annoying to have to decline at every single visit. Plus it makes the experience feel kind of tacky rather than luxurious.

Facial was great...massage was just ok

I ask the gals at the front desk how to book appt using the app and none of them were aware that there was a app.

I think there was not enough massage oil and I opted for the bio freeze and it was not worth it at all and neither was the foot towel. Was disappointed in that for the cost.
