Hand and Stone

My last massage was only 40 minutes of actual time. I was compensated with a complimentary add on service which I used this month. I'm glad I didn't pay for it because it was not worth it. The therapists hands were cold, the room was cold, and the oil was very cold! I also looked at the clock while I was waiting for her to come back in and it was 6:09. It was at least another minute or two before she arrived. When my massage ended it was 6:51. Again I was shorted by 10 minutes. These are 50 minute masssges correct? Not 50 minutes in the room.

Massage started late and ended early. I was only on the table and being worked on for about 40 minutes. When I rebook I will try another therapist. Also the therapist took me for my facial before my appointed time with the aesthetician and I wound up waiting another 15 minutes for that service. Part of that time, i could have been on the massage table. I am unclear whether there was internal confusion of it this was purely therapist error.

My massage therapist was very friendly and nice - but I'm thinking she might have been new. Which is ok - but my massage was not medium pressure as requested. Was too light. Since I requested medium pressure - I didn't say anything as I thought that was her medium pressure. Somewhat awkward/cumbersome with the sheets, flipping over, getting dressed at the end. Overall she was very kind and the only reason I'm giving feedback is so that maybe it can be constructive feedback for her. Not doing this to complain.

confusion on appointment cancelation that could not be helped my son was here from California and we booked this ahead of time so we could get a massage at the same time I asked if there was anyway they could bump up the 1:30 and it was not an option but then Shawn was done for the day he told me when he finished my massage.....was very happy with Shawn massage to me this was a scheduling issue

The massage I had was to start at 3 but it started more like 3:15 and it ended at 3:50. I bought 60 minutes not 40 minutes. It was the shortest and least relaxing massage I've ever had. I was very disappointed. My facial was sooooo good I expected better then what I got from that massage.

I think a facial should include everything your face needs including hair removal without additional charge. Geena does a great massage during her facials.

Let the massage therapists pick their own music. I'm tired of flutes and water dripping.
