I love hand & stone. I am so grateful I found them to help with my pain & discomfort from a neck injury. It’s been extremely helpful to keep me feeling good

I did wait for 20 min for my appt after the starting time. The appt did not go 20 min longer so I felt something might have been rushed. As I have had it where once I was late but my appt stopped at the time scheduled. Can't be both ways.

It was a relaxing atmosphere, had friendly staff, and I felt relaxed after the massage.

The message therapist was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and music not too loud. The therapist seemed very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate in anyway, ie wearing a mask.

Everyone at Hand and Stone are very nice and very knowledgeable about the products. I also feel welcomed and the service that I receive is amazing!! I would recommend my family and friends to come!

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My facial was amazing and she was very knowledgeable on process and products. Website made it very easy to book appointments

Allen is incredible at working on the knots in my shoulders. He has such a great technique and is always friendly and professional. The receptionist that greeted me on this visit is the friendliest receptionist I have ever met at your spa, it was so fun chatting with her.

I called to change the date of my facial, that went easily and well. My regular person was not available so I booked a facial with a new person. While the appointment did not start on time, it did not present a problem for me. The person did not shortchange my visit (which had happened in the past and had made me very unhappy). This time, I received the full amount of time that I paid for, and also, when I left my skin looked terrific, and I was very happy.
