Everything was wonderful. Jessica at the front was the sweetest and so helpful. My esthetitcian was one of the best I've had. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She checked in on my comfort level a few times throughout as well. I left and my skin was glowing. I love the updates that have been done with the paint and the carpeting it really refreshed the spa.

My original appointment was cancelled because the therapist left Hand & Stone. I was able too rebook for the same day. The receptionist recommended Candi for me and she did as very nice job.

I love the massage experience with Layla, the provider I have been seeing for a long time. I've tried seeing other people and always go back to her, she listens to what I request and is skilled in making customers feel comfortable with her. I do wish that the prices would have stayed where they were for so long, it is really difficult to see two price hikes within a year time frame or so recently. I likely will not keep my membership that much longer, but only due to rising costs, not at all because of lack of service quality!
