I have never had an appointment with Susan where she doesn’t ask how I’m doing and what parts I’m having trouble with so she knows where she needs to do the most work. She always has a bright and cheery attitude even when she’s worked long hours! I feel very comfortable with Susan if there’s a question I have to ask or there is something I need to make me more comfortable she is always ready to help and she also proactive and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout my massage. I can never wait till my next massage!
