Jolene and her care and taking time to talk about what's best for my skin. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

The facial was wonderful, relaxing and my face feels and looks wonderful.

Mike is a great therapist. His bedside manners are impeccable. Made me feel very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. He was mindful of the pressure and was receptive to my comfort.

Loved that I was treated by someone who really enjoys helping women maintaining good skin care. JoLynn was so concerned about how each step of the massage was going. To hot or to much pressure or not enough.

I love Abby for my facials. She explains to me what is needed for face (that is if dry, oily or looks good). Tells me what the price will be and let’s me decide. Thanks Abby for always taking care of me!! Buba

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed both the facial and massage. The only thing was the massage therapist was a little firm at times and had a little bruise from it. It’s nothing huge and I really liked her but a little hard pressure at times. Overall had a great experience with both services!

Therapist checked in with my comfort several times. Therapist checked in with my painful sensitive areas and levels of pressure several times. Therapist included me in care plan. At least one sofa in lobby could be replaced

Carina did a great job educating me and telling me about a new facial service and I really liked it. I will definitely be switching from the Plymouth store for her! I had to call back several times before I got thru to book an appointment.

Check-In was awesome, so nice, VERY helpful and very persuading :) Massage was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Massage therapist, Lillian, was EXCELLENT. Pressure was just right. She was very kind and accommodating. Best massage ever!
