The massage therapist was good, but my appointment started late, and it only lasted about 45 minutes.

Front desk staff was exceptional! The massage itself was perfect. Only thing I’d add would be to warm the blankets or lotion. It was a little chilly.

I am not happy that membership will be charged EVERY month instead of every other month as in the past. Found a great gal now.

The reception seating chairs and pillows are well past their prime and need to be replaced. The staff members are consistently excellent. Cleanliness always look good.

Vanessa, my therapist, was very interested to know my MS condition and what relief I hoped to get. She spent time listening then provided a awesome massage. Felt very relaxed and had relief with my pain areas.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was checked in promptly, had a very short wait time (I was worried because I was the first appointment of the day I might have been delayed) and made the whole experience delightful.

It was my first time with Dwan and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I felt truly relaxed while also working on some of my trouble areas. She had a great balance of conversation and quiet.
