Receptionists very welcoming. Check out much smoother and faster. This is an improvement from last year. My massage therapist is excellent!!!

Front desk staff was so much fun and full of knowledge. My esthetician was extremely versed in skin care and answered all my questions. This was my first facial and I was a bit nervous everyone put me at ease and it was an amazing experience. thank you to everyone at the front as especially Corrina

Duan gave me a great, relaxing massage. I'm looking forward to getting more massages from her.

I can't figure out how to book appointments on line at stores that are not my home store. I would like to be able to book online at any store.

The girls at the front desk are always very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a new girl this visit and she was wonderful; she really wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The cleanliness is above and beyond.

Love was the best massage therapist I have had at your store, the pressure was perfect, very professional but too busy for me to get another appointment until September. I told her she needs to Insure her hands!

I was highly satisfied with my experience bc my massage therapist listened to my requests. I requested firm pressure, I noted my problem areas, and I asked that she not use a ton of oil/lotion. She obliged and did an excellent job of working out my knots. I will gladly come back for another massage with her.

Morgan was very good at communicating what she was recommending based on my concerns. She was very friendly and explained everything she was doing along the way. She explained what I may experience (tingling, redness, etc). She provided a very nice massage around my shoulders, face & upper declote area.
