Hand and Stone

I enjoyed the demeanor of my therapist. But the highlight of my session was the foot massage. It was out-of-this world. I have all kinds of feet problems, wear custom orthotics, etc. It was the best foot massage I have ever had in my life. We talked about how the feet & hands are specially connected to overall health and have special pressure points. I can't wait to return. Truly a gifted therapist.

Everything was on time and the therapist was very good. The location is small but inviting. No issues at all.

Each time I have been to this location, I am treated very well. The reception staff is polite and, knowledgeable regarding the services.

This is the same topic as actually the problem that I had… I tried to order an add-on treatment when I phone booked - that I don’t know if it still exists or if it only existed in Colorado where I used to go to hand and Stone before, but it was called the cold stone treatment or cold stone facial add-on…? Where the massage therapist would take cold river stones and massage your face and body with them. A real treat in this weather. The woman who I booked with agreed to this and said it still existed and said the “cold stone facial” I believe. This didn’t transfer to my appointment tho - and it seemed the team had to scramble to accommodate me. I never got the cold stone whatever that add on is - but I did wind up receiving an ENTIRE actual facial, instead. Which was HEAVENLY. So I spent more time and money that I anticipated, but it was a day off - and now you got me as a member again lol

Staff was friendly. Appointment was on time. Skin felt moisturized afterward.

Friendly professional service. Membership for quite a few years but have a backlog of paid services which I’m trying to use up so I can cancel membership. Just don’t want it any mire. Not happy policy has changed regarding use/transfer of paid services.

Esthetician was friendly and it was an awesome facial.

I felt very relaxed and pampered during this visit. I felt very welcomed and special during this appointment. I enjoyed trying a facial which I hadn't done in many many years!
